managers work closely with buyers to determine their needs. You can
think of Donna Farias as a juggler. She creates budgets and
schedules, enforces deadlines. She also identifies and solicits new
buyers. Donna Farias coordinates everything and everyone. She makes
sure no details fall through the cracks. Clients can depend on her
to protect their interests. Donna Farias is detail oriented.
Organization is a key part of her job. She keeps on top of every
aspect of the sale. Good communication skills are also necessary.
Donna understands that knowledge is power.
Unfortunately, all sales do not go as planned. Sometimes a buyer
won't like the way a contract is written or the house inspection is
a little rough. It's up to the Donna to fix the problem if possible.
Donna will talk to the buyer, find out what's wrong, and try to come
up with a solution.
